Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

Ocean Leash is the trading name of Bethan Rees, a sole trader, 20 Laurel Park, St Arvans, Chepstow, NP16 6ED. Email: oceanleashuk@gmail.com.

2. Orders

Your order is accepted when we email to confirm it has been dispatched. If an item is out of stock, we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

4. Payment

Payments are taken securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

5. The product

Every lead is handmade from recycled fishing net, so colour and texture vary slightly from the photos. Check your lead and clip before each walk and replace the lead if it shows fraying or damage. Always supervise your dog on the lead.

6. Delivery, cancellation and returns

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
