Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email oceanleashuk@gmail.com with your order number, then send the lead back unused within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price of the lead and the standard delivery charge you paid within 14 days of getting it back. Return postage is paid by you unless the lead is faulty.

This does not apply to custom-length leads made to your specification.

Faulty or damaged?

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If a lead is faulty, not as described, or damaged in the post, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it, including postage.
